It’s Learning is an online platform for teachers to create their own classroom/course web pages. It is not a mandatory feature at Batavia High School but several of our teachers use it as a tool in their classroom. This is one of many tools are teachers can use to create their classroom/course web page. It is becoming fairly popular at the high school because It’s Learning has so many different features that can be utilized for the both the student and teacher. Teachers at the high school have been utilizing it in all different capacities depending on the needs of the students and expectations within the class/course.
All of our students have access to It’s Learning and the individual teachers that are using the program have been helping to make sure all of the students know how to get logged on and familiar/comfortable with It’s Learning. Please talk to your child/teacher if you are unsure if It’s Learning is being utilized within their classes.
Parents can also gain access as well to It’s Learning to stay up to date with assignments/tests/quizzes and information about their child’s courses. Go to https://blsd.itslearning.com/ and then the parent access form link. It will then guide you to a quick survey. From there our IT department will set up parent access.
