2010-2011 Kindergarten Registration
Batavia Elementary
(must be 5 years old before August 1, 2010)
The following will be needed for student registration:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Proof of Residency (must be a current dated utility
bill, lease/rental agreement, deed or purchase
contract)
3. Parent Picture ID (Driver's License)
4. Current shot record
5. Custody papers ( if applicable)
Registration can be completed at the Batavia Transportation Department on Old State Route 32.
