We are a school district “dedicated to excellence” on the move toward distinction as a leader in the educational field.

Our main goal for the 2007-2008 is to rated by the Ohio Department of Education as “EXCELLENT”.

This goal will be accomplished by implementing the following strategies:

• Increasing student achievement by using data to assess our strengths and weaknesses, focusing on the core subject areas that are weak, and learning from the areas that are strong.

• Preparing and challenging our students to do their best by differentiating the instruction to meet their individual needs and making learning relevant.

• Providing opportunities for the staff to receive pertinent professional development that addresses educational expectations.

• Creating a safe environment where education is premiere.

• Offering extra curricular activities that help to build character and provide a broader knowledge resulting in student leaders who become leading citizens in our community.

• Effectively and efficiently mange the finances of the district, to provide our students and staff with the necessary resources to be successful.
