Please call the high school office at 732-2341 for an appointment.  At the time of enrollment, the following documents must be presented:
                    1.    Birth Certificate
                    2.    Proof of Residency (one of the following)
                                a.)    rental agreement
                                b.)    home purchase contract
                                c.)    utility bill (phone or electric
                                        showing current month)
                    3.    Complete/current custody papers
                    4.    Photo I.D. of custodial parent who is
                           registering student

    It is always helpful to bring with you a withdrawal form from the previous school and a recent report card.  If you have any questions, please check with the guidance office.
