Central Enrollment

ENROLLMENT

Registration can be completed online on our Final Forms website. To register, please click on the link below and create a parent account. Once your account is created, you can click on "register student" to complete the online registration.  If you already have students in the Batavia Local Schools district, you may sign into your existing account to complete enrollment. Enrollments are processed daily by 11am with a 48 hour turn around for start date, scheduling and transportation information. Enrollments are not processed when school is closed for holidays or inclement weather.

During this process, you will be asked to upload:

  • Parent/Guardian ID

  • Proof of residence (Lease, deed, utility bill)

  • Student Birth Certificate

  • Custody documents (If applicable)

  • Immunization Records (Preschool & KG Only)

 If you are unable to upload these documents, simply fill out and submit the form to the district and you will be contacted by central enrollment with further instructions.

Homeless Students
