Snowball Dance: Friday, 1/26
Information from the Office: Our Snowball dance has been rescheduled for Friday, January 26th from 6 PM-8 PM. We look forward to enjoying an evening of dancing, fun and food with those who have purchased tickets. Reminder to all students that all school rules apply at after-school activities.
School Attendance: Students must be at school on Friday to attend the dance. They may not leave early unless for a scheduled doctor’s appointment. If this is the case, please have your child bring his/her doctor’s note to the dance to excuse the partial absence.
Gymnasium: We are excited to host our school dance in our gymnasium. Students do have to wear shoes with rubber soles, or they will need to take off their shoes on the dance floor. No heals will be permitted on the gym floor. We do not want to have any chance of scuffing the newly finished floor.
Drop Off: The doors will open at 6 PM for the dance. You can drop your student off in the drop off circle at the front of the building. We are requesting that you pull up to the end of the sidewalk to drop your student off and remain in your car. When exiting the lot, you will proceed out to Old 32.
Pick Up: We will dismiss students promptly starting at 8 PM. 7th grade pickup will take place in the front lot and the adjacent parking by the football field. 8th grade pickup will take place in the back of the building which during the school day is our bus lane.
Please plan accordingly in order to be in your spot no later than 7:50 PM. We want all students to be dismissed to the lots at 8PM. If at all possible, back into your parking space to make our evening exit as smooth as possible.
Concessions: The Snowball Dance will also include an optional BMS Student Council concession stand. It will have some wonderful treats for purchase! Prices range from .25 to $2.00. Be sure to bring some cash. Support our student council and purchase some tasty treats from this hardworking group!
